The titles that are shown in this intro are the corporations that made the movie and the cast of the movie. It also showed the actually movie name after the main cast. The images of this opening sequence are what I think to be nerves or part of the brain. It is really hard to know what I am seeing but I kinda incorporates the fact of mystery. The connotations (I'm not going to lie but I looked up connotation) the image carries is like a eerie vibe like something just happened. It could also have someone going in their past to find out a mystery. I feel like I'm repeating my self when I say that the feeling that it gives that eerie vibe like a murder happened and the person may have hit their head or something. With that the opening scene may as well be a mystery or horror movie. This can target a audience by giving a... I'm repeating myself. The technology actually rendered well considering it look like the same thing for 1 minute and 15 seconds. It quickly switched from e...

Title Research: Splice

The titles in this movie are the crazy well created cast and of course the corporation that made it. This was the weirdest movie in the world btw and with this the intro had to me all like genes and stuff. The images in this were little cells roaming around but they look like they are mixing with each other. As I said they used the cells to make the actors name shout out to Delphine ChanĂ©ac. Welp if I had to show a feeling for that into it would be in-between a fever dream and eating food poison. It is so random with makes it perfect for a mystery movie. The only way this can appeal to audience is if they are bored on the couch and accidently find this movie. The title is enough to get people interested on what is happening or why I am watching this. If I had to talk about the technology of this movie it is decently better than the time period. Something from 2009 made like that is pretty amazing.

Genre Research: Jigsaw

This had to be the best SAW movie I ever watched. What I would use Is the camera angles on this because there is a lot of shots were I do not need to hold the camera. What I like about the movie is all the traps and different reason for them to be there. Also how it metaphorically shows hoy jigsaw is actually a good guy getting justice of innocent kills. What I hate about this movie is that it confirms that he is dead and a random guy who was supposed to die on the bucket trap survived and set up all the traps.

Genre Research: Murder on the orient express

The Movie Murder on the Orient Express has the props I wanted to use in this film. This includes a weapon and detective equipment. Also I has the costume I want which is more of a formal look. What I like about the movie is that at the end Hercule finds out that all the people on the train were part of the murder. What I don't like about this movie is how he sells himself out so he does not get murdered. It has a pretty unsatisfactory ending out of most of the movies that I watched.

Genre Research: Spiral: A Book of Saw

For this movie it has the surprise twist ending where the father still dies by the cops and all the other trap scenes that went on in the movie. In this movie I liked the use of props and all the costume designs. Also with the set and all the different kind of sets that went on in the movie. In this Movie I really didn't like how over the top gory it was and alto the price range of the opening scene of the movie. In that scene the guy is in a reverse beartrap on a stool in a subway.

Genre Decision Blog

So as I say all the time the easiest one is the best one. So I will be using mystery as my opening sequence. This was a really hard decision considering that comedy was a complete throw away and horror is my favorite topic. With that I fell that it would be easier with only one person doing a openings scene to a movie then a horror. The horror, I would do with multiple people, but with mystery I can just use one person to figure out the mystery. Also with the horror there will be a lot of graphic scenes so I will just go with plain and simple mystery. Now with comedy I just really didn't feel like cracking jokes in fount of a camera. Then again comedy needs multiple people to do this. I am doing a solo act again so I will stick with mystery.
